AxiosError: Request failed with status code 403 #11

Hey, I walked through the guide and got this error. App seems to be trying to reach an external server? I thought the point of this was to run it locally. It also does not seem to be talking to Ollama?

"AxiosError: Request failed with status code 403" shown on the PDF Chat interface after slecting a PDF to read.
