Surface Connect port doesn't work at all. (USB related?) #8

The Surface Connect port seems to be the QCOM04A6 device in ACPI. Which has a compatible ID of PNP0D15. If you don't have anything plugged in to it then the port seemingly comes up, but if you have anything plugged in to it (Like the Surface Pro Dock) then it breaks.
