going to hold this since 26x rgb driver is in the works and getting heavily worked, along with the 24xB rgb driver revamp. There will be updates on this on the next upstream merge ( after this breaking changes cycle)

Description
This pull requests contains an RGB matrix driver for SN32F260X-based boards and the basic implementation for the Sharkoon SGK50 S4 (ISO layout).
Disclaimers: The code for the keyboard is not (yet) exactly duplicating the original firmwares capabilities: As such, at least the RGBmatrix indicator lights for e.g. caps lock and GAME layer are missing.
Also, there seems to be some problem with my RGB matrix implementation in conjunction with indicator lights that I couldn't pinpoint yet. Nonetheless, this should already provide a solid starting point if people want to expand the (custom) SN32F268F RGB-matrix code.
