Dropping this for testing. Need verification on ROW2COL indexing Key and rgb scan is faster, better, brighter probably needs a cleanup

will bump after reports from testing come back

recommended debounce 1 or even 0 with this for optimal scanning

first reports are coming back as stable and snappy. slight issues in software ROW2COL might exist ( flickering), but waiting on someone to actually report back on it
