Add Redragon K582 SURARA support

Add Redragon K582 support - this includes VIA support. This is mainly based on the K556 in the develop branch seeing as the K582 in the sn32_master branch is unstable based on my testing (lights flicker, etc).

Description

Full support for the Redragon K582, including RGB and VIA.

Hi, thanks for the PR. Please satisfy the linter requirements and format the json in something more readable

Forgot about this - (hopefully) fixed the linter issues and formatted the json (my IDE made it ugly - oops)
