Incomplete call graph #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate file .gexf from .apk
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Doesn't appear all call methods in gexf output file. Instead I see incomplete 
call graph because missing a lot of call methods. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use androguard 1.9. It runs on ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.

I needs a call graph of all methods of apk.
