Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the interference is calculated for a configuration, where interfering cells are assumed to transmit with a fully-populated grid. This provides a worst-case scenario that can be made more accurate

Describe the solution you'd like A refactoring of the steps used for performing interference calculation on the basis of the various subcarriers (or groups of subcarriers), with related SINR calculation on the subcarrier level instead
