Display of Dilbert's Strip is not centered on the screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the icon to open Dilbert's strip for the day.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to see Dilbert's strip in the center of the screen. 
However, the window appears partially in the upper-left corner, where the top 
bar is off the screen. This started happening approximately a week ago.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Firefox 3.6.15 on Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

Seems to act like Windows does when opening a new screen. Down and to the right 
of its parent's window.

Its not opening a dialog screen.

This centering feature was removed around the release of version of 2.6, but I 
have re-enabled it in version 2.7.6 which you can find in the downloads 
section.  Take a look and let us know if it causes any issues.
