Added the Bill Making System #93

Hello There, I have added a python code for the bill making system . In this the user will shown 20 -30 items which are available in the general store wither their rates In Rupees .The user will have to the product and then the quantity . After the selection of the product the system will make a bill according to the items and the it will be displayed to the user.
