Starboard messages with multiple attachments #51

Uses Discord.py 2.3.1 as per new requirements.txt. Also starboarding messages with mult. attach. does not work on mobile (it will only display one image). This was chosen because sending them as separate embeds is ugly and clutters the channel. Minimum emoji reaction count to starboard is now 5.

@ArtDynasty13 I would advice against working on this for the time being. #52 moves a lot of this stuff around.

@ArtDynasty13 if you want to work on this again please base it off current master branch
