At least the classes MagneticField, Trajectory, Radiation have plotting code.
Consider to move this code to other classes.
This enhances readabilty of the mentioned classes.
I propose to ways:
Create a matplotlib class with methods plot_magnetic_field, plot_trajectory, plot_radiation that accept the appropriate objects.
Or even more standardized create a MagnetFieldView, TrajectorView, RadiationView, maybe specialized to matplotlib MagnetFieldViewMatplotlib,...
