Farms not producing food #4

When I upgrade a city to a farm it seems to stop producing food

This is weird as I have it set directly linked to the upgrade which increases the food production, but It just increases from 1 per second to 3 per second. I don't know if its because that's not a giant increase when you have tons of cities or because there is a bug, but I will look into it.

I think I might have thought of the reason this is happening. It might be because the factory takes 1 food per second and Super Factory takes 2. This means that if you have 2 farms and 3 super factories that you will produce metal, but no food because all the food is being used up. Tell me if this was the problem.

I believe this problem has been fixed in later updates, personally I have not noticed any of these issues in later builds. This issue can be closed?
