BLOBMGr changes not working with NULLS #34

I think recent BLOBMGr changes not working with NULLS - I had them before and not anymore. When I look in database. Verify null contentType stuff is workign properly (THINK just not getting cached).

was bug in stroika - fixed in 2.1.2
