Have devices auto refresh in the background so you don't have to refresh the page #4

It would also be cool to give some visual indication of any additional devices or any changes to the devices when they reload

Added basic support for polling networks and devices every 10 sec. Will work on adding visual indication of changes next

Adds transitions to device list to trigger on any changes to the list.
