REDO storage of seen IDateTimeRange code so actually stores date objects, not strings so dont need to moment all over the place to convert and compare.
- REDUCE use of moment, and maybe eliminate in favor of luxon?

fixed - switched to luxon to convert strings to Date

BUt maybe not totally because sort by date not working yet in devices page.

probably rest of fix in https://quasar.dev/vue-components/table#qtable-api with sort function in column data
