more basic prelim data collection/display ideas #52
have WSAPI to collect user percentption stats:
> (timerange)
(bad net ... good net) - # 1..5 maybe?
Another thing to capture - if on WIFI - wifi strlegnnt stats
Then - show in data rollup all those data series next to one another.
Maybe also collect DNS lookup times.
