categorize devices between always on network, or sometimes or rarely or new #61

  devices by the percentage of scans 
  done of a network that the device is
  found on that network.

  For example - some devices are always tehre (router, printer etc).
  Some very occasionally (friends laptop when they visit
  ))
  Others maybe NEW (not seen before))
  Maybe something like  
    FOR LAST DAY (PCT scans on this network)
    FOR LAST MONTH (PCT scans on this network)
    FOR LAST YEAR (PCT scans on this network)
    - OR - better - some 2d smooth representation of how this pct changes over lengthing timespans
