Collect ping stats to www.google.com from a given device
Show graph of ping time over time on the NETWORKS page for the NETWORK used
Show a list of devices which collected statuistics for that network (typically one)
and select which networks to use stats from, and maybe go from tehre exploreing more
like differences between devices on same network etc)
