Replace "Build" with "Thin Style" and "Deep Style" #3

"Thin Style" tab can directly lead to a page that is similar to our photopaint.us. No new style is allowed. Add link to our API release page and add description regarding only premium members can use API.

"Deep Style" tab will lead to a page that allows users to upload a content image, a style image, and a reference image. Before we achieve automated AWS instance control, I can just take orders manually

Since we cannot and have no plan to run "Deep Style" from website directly, I suggest we can still existing "Build" which means only "Thin Style". We can add text on "Build" page to lead people to the desktop app "Art builder" where one must sign in to access his/her artworks and "job queue".
