derrivedData causing issues #1

will address after work tonight. impacting appc command.

This appears to be an Xcode 8.1 vs 8.0 issue. It appears fixed and working on Xcode 8.1 but problematic on 8.0. Once I verify this I will update the readme.

it isn't derrivedData at all.
