Since (most) Tales games are multiplayer, you've made slot 2 player 2, you'd have to switch yourself to controller 2 or slot 2. There's a value for it, but unfortunately it's dynamic so I can't really do much about that.
Also, opening shortcuts on a monster will crash the game Some monsters you can't even move around with, so take note of that
I just realized how dumb I am sometimes. I figured it out lol. I just set my controller for both slot 1 and 2 then made slot 1 auto. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
Hi! I've wanted to find a monster control cheat for years now, as I played TOTNW on the wii back in the day.
Anyway, I've downloaded the old version of the emulator you said to use and attached the cheat table, pointed it to the game and changed a monster in slot 2 to semi-auto and manual but it doesn't seem to be working. The monster doesn't take commands and just sort of..stands in one spot.
Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
