Inconsistent performance #324

Hello, whenever I try to single-weave on MCH during the Hypercharge window, there is inconsistency with latency mitigation.

Sometimes I experience no delay at all, sometimes I do, and sometimes I experience delay for n/5 times out of total 5 Heatblasts.

I dont have problems with double-weaving on normal GCDs. Only with single-weaving Richochet/Gauss Round on Heatblast during the Hypercharge window as explained above.

I'm currently using Mode 3 with Reduce Packet Delay, FPS synchronization, and Fixed FPS options disabled, I have also attached the log file below.

Do you recommend I alter any of these settings for a more consistent performance?

I tested previous versions and for some reason, .43 seems to show the best result. Feels like latency mitigation is not enough or stable for the later versions.
