Cannot locate d3d9.dll #355

Hello, I keep getting this error whenever I try to install or uninstall XIVAlexander. It works to load it once, but anything else doesn't work. image

Are you using reshade/gshade, and were you running the game when you were trying to install XivAlexander? Quit the game first, and then try again.

I am also having this issue, i deleted the file and tried to reinstall it, and got this error every time i try to reinstall or uninstall. and when i lauch the game, i get an error saying it cannot be read, and to either abort / retry / ignore and continue.
