Error when generate replacement fonts #367

An error has occurred while generating or loading fonts. Do you want to retry? Error: Failed to read block

If you're using FFXIVQuickLauncher, can you try integrity verification? That error happens when the game data files are corrupt.

I am use default FFXIVLauncher, and I tried re-install FFXIV make sure the files are correct but still have same problem. btw, sometimes the error code will become another one:

An error has occurred while generating or loading fonts. Do you want to retry? Error: [0x80004002] No such interface supported()

I've realized that you're on Windows 7, and I don't think font related features might be not supported on Windows 7. If you have both Chinese and International versions installed, try this file though! This file has been updated, and is different from what you get from downloading from the releases page.
