Chinese Version not work with setting "Common_UseOodleTcp" to "false" #589

I have been experiencing the same issue...

I found a temporary solution: download the previous version. It works fine for me.

download the previous version, and use the load once option when running alexander for Chinese server.

Do you have new solution? After the new version this solution does not works now...
