Random frame drops - no mods, no reshades, no VPN #664

Sometimes in a crowded area or in a duty my frames will just suddenly drop from 100+ to 30, sometimes less. And only by uninstalling XIVAlexander did it stop. Is there something I'm doing wrong with the settings?

These are my settings, apologies for not providing them initially

Disable synchronize processing to cooldowns and animation locks and force the game to use more CPU time, that worked for me
