Cant double weave even with Alexander #681

I reinstalled FF14 and Alexander as for some reason Alexander just stopped working a few days ago. Game runs fine and Alexander is loaded but it doesnt seem to be working as i cant double weave abilities like i used to.

I tried attacking dummies and see if log keeps getting updated but i just stops on the screenshot. image (i think when Alexander was working properly, the log just kept going and going)

I dont know what the problem is but can someome help me fix this please?

i play from oce region on JP server for reference.

you can try to edit the OPCode as #679 it solved the problem for me, at least.
