Error from umi12.fa with test data R9.41 #46

I am also getting the same error message as comment #43 when trying to run the test data you provided.

Error message: unable to locate file ~/umi_binning/umi_ref/umi12c.fa

Please advise is this a bug in the script or in one of the dependencies?
