Hi, I am trying to find the version of the pipeline that you reported in your publication Karst et al. 2021 (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-020-01041-y#code-availability). It is written that "[t]he repository release version used to generate the data in [the] article was v.0.4.2." However, I could not find that specific version on this repository. The latest available release is v0.3.2 (https://github.com/SorenKarst/longread_umi/releases/tag/v0.3.2). Is it the version that was used in the article?
