I just wanted to let you know that, due to some difficulties in updating the version of Medaka, I created a Nextflow pipeline inspired to longread_umi. The pipeline is called UMInator and it performs reads filtering, candidate UMIs extraction and filtering, reads binning, consensus calling and polishing. Preliminary benchmarking based on the Zymo data you generated (R9.4.1 chemistry) showed comparable performances to longread_umi. So...feel free to use it and let me know if you find any issues!
