Portuguese / Polish mixup on README.md #4

This looks wrong:

"Polish (Poland, Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Macau SAR China, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé & Príncipe, Timor-Leste)"

If I'm not mistaken, I think all of these countries - except Poland - speak Portuguese instead of Polish.

Note: I came here from a @davelab6 comment at https://github.com/davelab6/pyfontaine/issues/84 This error makes me believe the list was generated manually. If it was output by an automated glyph coverage tool, then such tool authors should notified with a proper bug report.

@EbenSorkin, may I send a pull request to fix this?

Sure. Let me know what should change.
