And gear screen. Would require modifying SaveGameList.sav as the game fetches the info from there for displaying purposes.

Hi! dont'know if that can help but i managed to fix that by editing the SaveGameList.sav I disable steamcloud and changed 2 entry of : CharacterGender StrProperty M to F
