Please set the `latest` npm tag to v4 #1235

Description

Vue 2 had been deprecated. And the latest npm tag of vue is v3 from a long time ago. Maybe vuedraggable should be compliant with vue.

Expected Solution

run npm dist-tag add vuedraggable@4 latest
