Completely forgot windows-build-tools requires admin rights. Also the path leads to the wrong npm.cmd file, so that has been fixed. Tested and confirmed working now.

@Sorunome There was a typo and a flaw in my previous tutorial. Since then I've done some testing and this should resolve that.
