Install Issues on windows 10 machine #77

I'm having an issue installing arduino upload, and it does appear to be very similar to the other issues with the serialport library. I have installed node.js and rannpm install --global --production --vs2015 windows-build-tools to install MSVS 2015 as well as changed the config for apm with apm config set msvs_version 2015, but I am still having installation issues. There appears to be something wonky with msvs not liking that TEMP is being used as an intermediate directory. Here is what the terminal spits out.
