Updated usb-detection to fix install on Atom 1.39+ (#75) #85

Looks like the updated version of usb-detection fixed its issue on Node 10+. I tried updating the dependency here and I was able to rebuild arduino-upload on Atom 1.45.0, now it works.

I'm not sure how many of the install issues reported here lately are fixed too, there's not much info on them to tell...

mhmm, also didn't exactly develop this package much lately, as you can probably tell :/

Yeah, it just wanted to clarify why I didn't made a list of the issues you can mark as fixed. Maybe you could just leave them open and reply in case the OP comes back to ask.
