Fix for 3 tests that would sometimes fail due to RNG: TestAcceleratedEvolutionHeadIndestructibilityTest_FlippedVillainTurn_NegativeHP TestReturnPulse1Target TestPressureDrop_Destroy

Edit: I found more flaky tests
