When select a blank polygon from the drop down menu, or selecting to edit a blank polygon the map should not move / re-center. This is frustrating to a user who has already zoomed in on the area of interest and now wants to capture it.
Zoom in on an area of interest
click new polyset, name and save a new polygon
select the polygon you just saved from the drop down
expected: the map doesn't move
actual: map re-centers on 0,0
move back to area of interest with polygon selected
click edit
expected: the map doesn't move, so i can draw my polygon
actual: map re-centers on 0,0
