Merlin - Newman ingest creates one shard #122

Every new ingest done from the Newman UI creates just one shard. Currently, we have a 3 node elasticsearch cluster. Datasets that were dumped from one elasticsearch instance to the 3 node cluster we currently have created multiple shards.

Verified that the latest drop (drop 19) includes multiple nodes with multiple shards.
