OCR feature missing #133

OCR feature not included in v4.0.0 at this time. Not sure if we want to get the existing Newman OCR feature working or move on to the enhancement issue #132 and re-visit current technologies. for a better (i.e. more accurate) solution.

I have added this issue to the Merlin Cubes board. If the etl process does it then it will show up in Newman.
