Tooltips for dashboard icons not displaying #59

Minor issue in that the tooltips are not displaying for icons on the dashboard. It looks like they are trying to display but are not being shown because they are under the title.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Mouse over icons on the dashboard. Like the Sent icon.

Fixed. Tooltips now display.
