Fixed some problems with d8roll and added a pack with macros. #18
This pull request fixed problems with d8roll that cause two 2d8 rolls in general rolls, and also added the pack/compedium of macros of the system. This pack contain some macros that help with rolls in ninja sheet, catching the variables and acting as a shortcut for dynamic dice rolls.
