In the NFR section, point 4, a single second was indicated as "one seconds" when it should be "one second".

Reason for disagreement: Yes, both are grammar errors. But I do not believe that all grammar errors can be considered duplicates of one another. One grammar error might indicate a genuine lapse, but having multiple errors scattered throughout the documentation might indicate a lack of a more thorough proofreading process.
