greesmnky,
Do you use the web player in Chrome for Xbox Music or do you use your gaming console? So ZUNE which started off as a hardware digital player is basically Microsoft's music service, which is now called Xbox Music. Am I understanding this correctly?
Thanks pointing this out to us, we'll add it to the list. I am starting to think we may need to get our users, user accounts so they can manage all their music services from one location (and access through the Chrome extension). Do you think user accounts for SoundControl would be useful? And if so, what do you think your would want to keep track of in a user account (integrated players, music libraries, new players, etc.)?
I use Amazon Music, Pandora, Spotify and Songza personally and get annoyed that I don't have one location to manage these services. But that's me, I am wondering what you think.
Thanks.

Could this be added to the list of integrated players? This is a pretty substantial Music Platform (35 Million Songs+) that was previously named the ZUNE Player but has become branded as Xbox instead now. The player is very similar in operation to Google Play. I have used both services and currently am using Xbox Music as I use the player at home on my Xbox. This would be a really awesome addition. Hope you all can make this happen sometime in the future.

I currently use both the Web Player in Chrome (for while I'm at work) and the Console player when I'm at home, playing music through my sound system.
Zune hardware was discontinued after 2011 and in 2012 Microsoft decided to phase out the Zune Music Player and rebrand it under Xbox Music. So yes, Xbox Music is Microsoft's music service.
I really do think that individualized accounts could offer increased user experience and functionality. I think one of the main driving factors for me choosing SoundControl and sticking with it, is that I feel more in "control" of my music selection and players. If there are user accounts created I would love to see the ability to customize the little things (i.e. color, text size, etc), as well as be able to create playlists across different players (long shot but that would be a game changer) and see my full library for all players in one spot. Other suggestions or Ideas, piggybacking off some other enhancements I saw on the github page, include Visualizer that could be brought up from the SoundControl Button, History of tracks listened to that session/day/week etc and maybe even a Smartphone App that allows you to control the SoundControl feature from your phone so you dont have to be at the computer and can change/thumbs up/select different player etc.
Aside from that, I love the service so KEEP IT UP!
Thanks,
Greesymnky

User accounts with listening history by session/day/week and ability to create playlists across different player -- definitely a game changer. I'll bring that up at our next BizDev meeting. Probably a long shot, like you noted, but certainly not impossible.
Thanks,
