[x] Build an alpha release for review
[x] Schedule review
[x] Review the contents of the SDK; review for
- Readability
- Technical content
- Appropriate information for integration partners
- Acoustic settings spreadsheet
- What's missing?
- Timing & messaging for release
[x] Apply comments, as appropriate, to the SDK
[x] Update document style
