copyright info out of date #370

just because I noticed it...

the copyright section on the README says https://github.com/SoundScapeRenderer/ssr/blob/aa757c9606631a51ebe9402880e4122b0fab008e/README#L14-L20

this seems to be slightly out of date (at least, the dates)

I'm not employed by any of those institutions (anymore), so my changes don't warrant any updates.

But maybe @JensAhrens wants to update the Chalmers one?
