Include streetcar realtime data #23

Would be great to include realtime streetcar data. All the cars appear to be outfitted with NextBus equipment & NextBus has this data.

This is also on our backlog. We expect to have a feed from NextBus within the next 3 months or so.

We’re also trying to figure out the best way to make key elements of our roadmap/backlog public so that the community can have some visibility into our plans.
