[FEATURE REQUEST] Light Theme #672

Is there any chance any work is being done on a "light" theme? I have a strange habit of using light themes everywhere possible and inverting the entire screen so that it's easier on the eyes. Did some searching through issues and didn't see anything so I thought I'd get some feedback first.

A light theme definitely sounds great. But I wouldn't leave it to just that. I'd like other themes as well.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I was ultimately thinking something along the lines of Slack's custom sidebar colors feature (attached below)

I also like Popcorn-time's themes as well. These colors would be really nice to have as options.

I'd like to implement the theme switching functionality tonight :+1: Would be awesome to play around with something like that! :smile_cat:

Would be cool if this was pluggable as well! As in, dropping {name}.css into the skins\ folder would make the theme appear in the theme selector.
