Fix "First Strike" Rune. #100

Fixes the missing image of the "First Strike" rune that got released in 11.23.

Looks good, just the change for minimal level should probably be removed. (as yes, its technically switchable earlier but that's not intended from all I know.)

Reverted the level change. Was intended for me to test locally in the first place but forgot to remove it.
