Added readable changelog #55

Added an easy readable changelog. (Currently, only the last change log is displayed. Of course, you could still rebuild this.)

Disadvantage:

new dependency to convert from "markup" to "HTML
new riot-tag for the display of markups

The thing is, we probably won't need markups anywhere else. Therefore it is questionable if we want to do so.

Therefore this PR can be rejected. Since I'm not sure if this is a good idea myself. But it was quickly programmed down and maybe someone likes it :D

Ah damn, saw the change too late for 1.11.2, should we publish a minor for it or just add it to the next release ? (Gonna check the PR on my side tomorrow, but everything seems good so far ^^)

Yup, works nicely, thanks ! I think we can just have it in the next release, as a new release would be a bit useless probably.
